We cannot help thinking that we are taking the audience to observe Mekong’s underwater landscape. The riverbank-villagers are now facing extraordinary reductions in water levels, such as they have never seen before. No-one can provide an answer as to how long this abnormality will last. With the experience of the drought disaster behind them, how will the riverbank-villagers handle the situation? How is this situation worse than the ones in previous years? Join us, as we meet and speak to the people of the Mekong River, from the last stretch of the Xayaburi Dam in Pak Lay to Chiang Kan of Loei Province in Thailand. </p>
